01Book
Rates lock forward only. Conflicts warn instead of blocking, because the floor knows things the software does not.
02Run
Tally-light cards show what every room is doing right now. Nine states, one screen, readable from a phone in a dark hallway.
03Invoice
Hourly, flat, or no-show. Send from the session while the details are still in your head, and take card payments that pay out to your bank.
One price per studio, however many rooms you run and however many people you bring in.

Everything in Starter, plus the staff rota, clock-in and timesheets, a client portal, financials, and the audit log.
Your client pays the invoice total, exactly as written — we never add a surcharge at checkout. The fee comes out before the money reaches you, and every payment shows what was taken and what you netted.
There is no automatic import yet. Most studios enter the next few weeks of sessions by hand and start fresh from there, which usually takes under an hour. Anything further out can stay on your old calendar until it comes up.
You do not need your own Stripe account. StudioSide sets up your payments account inside the app — you add a bank account and the identity details the law requires, and that is the last you see of it. Your first payout lands about a week after your first paid invoice, while the account finishes verifying. After that it is automatic and daily: money from a card payment reaches your bank about two business days later. StudioSide keeps a 5% fee on payments taken through the platform, which covers card processing. If you collect cash, card, or transfer yourself, you record it on the invoice and no fee applies.
The session keeps running and records what actually happened, not what was booked. Overtime shows on the invoice against the booked hours, so you can bill it or waive it deliberately. A session left running well past its end gets flagged so it does not quietly run all night.
No. Invoices arrive by email and can be paid from a link with no login. There is a client portal for studios that want clients checking their own sessions and history, but it is optional and off by default.
Yes. The Floor, the day schedule, and clocking in and out are all built for a phone first. A runner or assistant sees the rooms and their own shifts without needing access to billing or client records.
